CNY'14!

CNY EVE (DAY 1)

3h ride to my ahma's houseeeee, slept through the journey but woke up to this sunset!
okay doesnt look as nice here but it was super pink/purple-ish then! (Y)

Reached there at about 8pm and played some fire crackers. Okay i didnt play, my cousins did.

Then my aunt asked me to go see the temple outside my ahma's house, wooohoooo so niceee its sooo bright and colourful! idk how i manage to take this shot, but i think it's nice (:

Then waited for 12am and BOOMMMM all the fireworks start.
I know the pictures of the fireworks are not nice but i shall post it anw.
I dont want to waste my effort of chasing the fireworks (yes, i 'chased' the fireworks bc it appears at different places at different times).

okok i know its a lot but finish alr hahaha but there are like many many many more fireworks i didnt take ):
Then we put like sky lantern (kong ming deng) the first one we put keep dropping but in the end it fleww!!

Let me tell you the sky then was like this. okay not so many but like there were quite alot and it wasnt like this close but its like many stars floating and like the sky is not pink but stilll...omg it's sooooooo pretty, but my camera cant pick it up ):

THENNNN we put red crackers like everybody.
 I attempted to take the red crackers but it turns out like this.

Its my childhood chair hahaha i love sitting on this chair

CHALET

Chalet was on 15-17 Jan, its more of the guys/clique chalet but its my birthday so I just chap in xD

Its different than my friends chalet i guess, it was quite fun actually.

DAY 1


Reach the chalet and then we cut the cake. It was meant to be a surprise but the box to keep the cake was too big so they have to cut it then hahaah. Its damn nice btw.


Because its an ice cream cake right, so the box got dry ice luh, then everyone was playing with the dry ice hahaha so funn -wehavethementalcapacityofakid-

The cake was frozen like seriously frozen, then we had to go buy a real knife to cut it, butttttt. it still didnt work hahaha thats how frozen the cake is. We spent like an hour trying to cut the cake.
So i was like saying since the outside of the cake is alr melting why not just cut a slice from the outside then leave the inside to melt then can cut right. make sense right? but no, valerian laugh at me then he go google 'how to cut a frozen cake' Then the website say cut 2 inches from the outside then leave the circle in the middle. Then they say the website know its my birthday so they change it so that i am right. HAHAHA

Then we bbq-ed. the remaining dry ice was used to keep the drinks cold.

 Then there was this cat that kept coming over to the bbq pit, even after amos bring it to like somewhere else far away it followed amos back to the chalet hahahah

 Then there is valerian.

 AWWWW so cuteeeeee. hahaahah arent they so cute tgt?! omgggg.
am i a psycho for saying that? 

 DAY 2

Went out to have lunch with Joy and Nicole. Firstly, Nicole made us walk one big round to the place and poor joy she was wearing heels haahahha. Anddd.
 IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING. hahaah because they didnt accept nets and didnt have enough cash. Shall not get into it.
This drink is called wild honey ice tea. So we thought it was like honey water-ish 

But. it turns out its like some flower thing? with a superrrrrr strong taste, sth like lemon grass, so its either you like it or you dont like it. Nicole and I didnt like it, but Joy likes it. So Nicole and I shared a cup and Joy got one. We ended up pouring like 2 cups or syrup before it was like acceptable.

 Im not sure what we ordered, but it was so goodddd. I mean like ofcourse luh orchard but still.

 You know how like one dish has alot of things in it then to try everything at once you have to balance everything on a fork or spoon then eat the whole thing in one mouth?
 Does anyone do that, or is it just me? xD
WooHooooo This is like the 2nd? 3rd? decent photo i have with them. Even though i hang out with them so much we dont have any glam pictures tgt.

And What the hell. I am tiptoeing in this picture and im still like half a head shorter.
I will blame it on Joy wearing heels hahaha

 That night we played cards, sleep, bbq. Didnt do much, but the room was sooooooo damn cold valerian and i walk to cheers to get some instant noodles and then played with matches.
The rest of the people went night cycling.
